Microsoft Copilot for Sales is a role-based copilot designed for sellers that brings together the power of Copilot for Microsoft 365 with seller workflows. Microsoft Copilot for Sales leverages data from the CRM platform, as well as large language models and data from Microsoft Graph, Microsoft 365 apps, and the internet. Copilot for Sales is experienced natively within Microsoft 365 apps like Microsoft Teams and Outlook. It also connects to Salesforce or Dynamics 365 Sales CRM systems.
