Description
This service is used in combination with an existing Azure AD user/role. It grants selected permissions to users, and so must be used only with an existing account and will otherwise automatically fail.
It requires existing delegated administration relationship to be established between Customer and Reseller (Advisor, indirect reseller) before provisioning this service.
